Hi, I’m ALICIA JABBAR.
I’m possessed by curiosity and tiny, powerful thoughts that life and humans are worth exploring. My work is to free people of stagnant energy and to recover beings to natures energy.
I BELIEVE:
It is better to learn to show up to any circumstance than to be immune to life.
Getting to know oneself is the greatest gift you can give yourself.
Individuals hold the key to their own liberation.
Rumi said it best. "Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I will meet you there." I am excited to meet you, wherever you are. Wonderful things are within you, waiting to be unlocked.

SOcial identity
I believe humans are complex beings. There are identities we are born into and identities we develop over time. In group programs, we ask women to list 20 resonant identities. This grants them ownership of a wide spectrum of how they identify and what they’d like the world to see in their unique identity.

Official BIO
Alicia Jabbar, PCC, CPCC is an executive leadership coach who has coached more than 2000 hours since 2015. She coaches individuals who sit on the outside of what is known, valued, or understood in the places they live and work. Through their work together, clients uncover how to increase their leadership capacity by including all of who they are.
She is on a mission to bolster gender equity in leadership. She co-founded and ran Inside Out Incubator, a women’s leadership organization for 5 years.
She’s designed and delivered more than 100 leadership programs to 25+ organizations. Her unconventional approach to women’s leadership acknowledges the impacts of systemic oppression in its design and delivery of programs.
Alicia also facilitates the Interpersonal Dynamics course ("Touchy Feely") offered at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Prior to coaching, Alicia built a career at a high-growth data technology company leading teams across both product management and partnerships. Her clients included top-tier technology companies including Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Twitter, Yahoo, and Amazon. She was part of the initial team at Datalogix that sold to Oracle in 2015 at a 33x return to investors.
