When you are willing to look at the systemic influences that inform your current experience, you'll gain compassion for yourself. You'll no longer feel wrong. You'll see why what you are doing makes perfect sense. And you'll feel free to make meaningful choices for yourself. Your new approach will give less power to those systemic influences and more power back to you.

Your approach - the one not working to rise above your challenges - is a valid approach. There are systemic influences that have led you to that approach. And it's time to look at them so you can access a wider range of freedom and agency over your own experience. That's what we'll be doing next week.
